About This Class:

This class meets Tuesdays 6-8:30p, March 31 through May 5th, 2015 (6 weeks).

Students will learn printmaking using the flexible and exciting technique of Gelli printing.  

Required tools or supplies: 50 sheets of 8" X 10" card stock and six 2oz. bottles of acrylic paint

Students will be able to: 

Understand acrylic color mixing techniques for Gelli Plate printing. 

Demonstrate Gelli Plate printing with the application of stencils, textures, and a variety of handmade tools. 

Complete a variety of hand-pulled prints to use for wall art. 

Scrapbook, collage, create note cards, and integrate into fabric arts such as quilting.
